Booking Policy
There is a non-refundable $25 deposit due at time of booking. Deposit will be applied to service booked.

Cancellation Policy
- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appt 5 days prior to the appointment. If you do not notify us within this time frame, you will be charged a 50% of the service price. For day of cancellations and no call no show, you will be charged for 100% of the service price. To reschedule or cancel call or text 602-576-5999​
- ALL fees are non-refundable.

-If you book an appointment with a discount code or gift card promo and no show to that appointment, your discount will be lost.
Discount codes will not be transferred when rescheduling an appointment if we did not receive a 48 hour notice to reschedule.

- We try to limit no-shows by contacting you to confirm appointment the day before or the day of your appointment. If you do not reply to confirm, we will reschedule your appointment. If for any reason a reminder is not sent, it is still the clients responsibility to show up to their scheduled appointment.

​Late/No Show Policy
​
- If you arrive late, your service may be limited due to other's scheduled. If you arrive to your appointment 10-15 mins late we may need to cut your service short or you may not be able to have your service at all due to the nature of the appointment. In this case fees will be assessed as follows:

- If you are 15 mins late or more (unless discussed), you will be considered a no show, and your booking fee will be lost. A new non-refundable booking fee will need to be made when rescheduling.

-If we are able to perform your service, but need to cut it short due to you being late, the full amount will still be due.
