Before your facial

• Arrive with minimal makeup if possible

• Let us know what products you’re using (especially retinoids/acids)

• Avoid heavy exfoliation right before your appointment

After your facial

• Keep skincare gentle for 24–48 hours

• Avoid harsh exfoliants/actives unless advised

• Wear SPF daily

• Stay hydrated and follow any product guidance we give you

Can I work out after a facial?

If your skin is sensitive, it’s best to avoid heavy sweating/steam for the rest of the day. When in doubt, ask—we’ll tailor guidance to your skin.
